enhancing compliance and elevating the skill level of the workforce provided.“ We operate in heavily regulated industries, so our focus is ensuring we are always futureready. Diversification protects us from market fluctuations- particularly relevant given the current slowdown in the rail sector- and expanding our capability from bluecollar delivery to supervision, construction management and project leadership is a core component of our growth plan. Ultimately, our objective is to broaden our sector reach, secure the accreditations to support that expansion and continue upskilling the people we supply.”
Looking ahead to 2026, both Richard and John expect to see the impact of the foundations laid over the previous 12 months.“ 2025 was the year we strengthened our compliance, refined our systems and significantly increased our tendering activity,” Richard explains.“ In 2026, our focus turns to sustainable, strategic growth.”
John adds:“ We’ ve prepared the business for scale. Alongside diversifying sectors, we are also expanding internationally, having recently returned from Ireland where we are actively pursuing opportunities. This is just the starting point- our ambition is global.”
With momentum building, CRS Resource is preparing for a bold future.“ In five years, our aim is to double in size and cement our presence across rail, nuclear, highways, water and energy,” Richard concludes.“ We’ re planning to establish an Irish office and explore opportunities in other international markets. Achieving this will position CRS Resource as a leading international workforce solutions provider- something we are well on track to deliver.” ■
