“ The Four New Bailey project in Manchester was a landmark scheme for BT, forming the final phase of its Better Workplace Programme,” Dominic elaborates.“ Ivegate was initially engaged to deliver a comprehensive package of building services works on behalf of ISG, supporting the transformation of the office environment and enabling occupation across the remaining floors. At the time of the sudden and unfortunate ISG administration, the project entered a critical phase in which continuity, leadership, and confidence were essential.
