The Rapidres ® crosswall system is Creagh’ s offsite fast track build system, designed to accelerate residential and multi-unit developments using factory-manufactured structural wall panels. It accelerates build programmes through rapid installation of structural walls, enables earlier weathertightness, and reduces dependency on followon trades. Panels can incorporate cast-in services and, where required, pre-installed windows and doors, improving coordination, safety, and waste reduction on site.
For example, Creagh supplied and installed its Rapidres ® offsite precast concrete system as the primary structural frame for the Guildford Crescent residential development in central Cardiff; a 30-storey build-to-rent tower delivering 272 private homes and groundfloor amenity space. The project is valued at approximately £ 52 million and was delivered by Galliford Try with Creagh’ s Rapidres ® installation progressing rapidly on site; framing topped out in around 36 weeks as the tower rose to full height.
Creagh also delivers insulated precast flooring systems, including Spantherm ®, which offers a high-performance alternative to traditional ground floor construction while enhancing build speed, quality, and thermal efficiency.
