Advancing sustainability Safe hands

Working with Meldgaard Recycling and Levenseat , Veolia has started operations at a new dedicated processing facility that will process incinerator bottom ash ( IBA ) from the Battlefield Energy Recovery Facility . This will help the construction industry increase the supply of material that can be used to replace the virgin aggregates currently used as hardcore for sub-base in the foundation for roads and concrete structures . Veolia ’ s new plant will supply 50,000 tonnes of aggregates per year .
UK facilities management provider Stadium Support Services has partnered with Høyden Engineering , based in Norway . The collaboration focuses on the development and delivery of cutting-edge access systems , featuring comprehensive maintenance and advanced fall protection to the UK market .
Erlend Siem , Managing Director of Høyden , highlighted their joint approach , stating : “ Together , we provide end-to-end solutions , covering the design , manufacturing and installation of faÇade and atrium access systems . Our focus is on maintaining a high level of safety and cost-effectiveness .”

Trammell Crow Company ( TCC ) has secured the building permit for a 132,185 sq m site in Neuruppin , Germany . Part of TCC ’ s plan to create a new logistics park called CORE Temnitzpark in Neuruppin , the building permit for the development of the site BF36 follows that of the site BF33 in October 2022 .
