Mike Jenkins , Sales Director , presents an overview of the business as it stands today .
“ At the moment , Hopkins boasts a £ 60 million turnover and employs over 190 staff across three regional offices and seven
delivery departments ,” he opens . “ We are proud to say that over five percent of our workforce are apprentices or trainees , and 17 percent of our employees have been with us for ten years or more . The Board of Directors embarked on the new business direction over three years ago , since then the business has evolved into a more modern and progressive company , which is what we actively try to convey . This resulted in significant growth , as we are now the number 25 M & E contractor in the country as ranked by BESA , coinciding with our largest ever secured forward workload , standing at over £ 120 million ” he shares .
