Harmonix ’ s systematic health and safety plans are clearly communicated across all project teams to minimise risk both on and off site , and programs are monitored to analyse performance and ensure that the health and safety standards are being upheld .
Harmonix is also committed to the mental wellbeing of its team and has been proactive in implementing measures to help its staff . For instance , the business has recently introduced an FIR ( Fairness , Inclusion , Respect ) Ambassador to its workforce to advocate for diversity and inclusivity , and to assist staff where necessary . It also aims to have all managers mental health first aid trained by the end of 2024 – an inspiring step towards a more compassionate workforce .
