This new division brings that focus, enabling us to tailor our services to meet the distinct needs of these markets. Formally launched this year, the division is being led by some of the most experienced professionals in the modular building industry. To support its growth, we’ ve secured a brand-new ten-acre site in Cannock, currently under development, which will include new workshops, office space, and welfare and storage facilities. Once complete, the team will consolidate at this location.
We believe this new division has the potential to generate more than £ 30 million in annual turnover within just a few years.”
Investing in facilities
In addition to its newly acquired facilities, Wernick has been investing in its existing infrastructure to enhance its operations.“ Our property network has evolved substantially over the last 12 months. At present, we have a brand-new depot in Dunston near Newcastle and another in Dundee, Scotland. We have also massively upgraded and expanded our depot in Cornwall, completed a new depot for our power division in Aldridge, just north of Birmingham, and in the next couple of months, we will open another depot for our power division in Glasgow. Regarding other ongoing projects, we have the large new depot in Cannock for our upcoming modular division, and we are planning to build an additional factory for our AV Danzer division in Nottingham, which will expand our capacity and productivity.
