to adopt it. However, it is starting to change now. For example, we recently supplied an electric Jonsson jaw crusher to a major bluechip company. Partnering with Jonsson has been particularly beneficial, as they have pioneered the electrification of jaw crushers, screeners, and cones for over 40 years. This innovation was driven by the need to adapt to the unique conditions of their manufacturing location in Sweden, where equipment is designed for Scandinavian rock and large, remote sites. Unlike many in the industry, who adapted from hydraulic diesel ranges, Jonsson has always focused on electrification. In the British static plant market, there is now a strong case for replacing traditional static plants with high-output, high-quality mobile equipment. These machines come equipped with integrated software, control systems, and full JPS telematics.
“ Moreover, the outputs from Jonsson and GIPO equipment now match those of static plants. The designs have evolved, making machines more movable and modular, which brings significant advantages. For example, since they are powered by electric gensets, fuel usage is minimal. We recently deployed a Jonsson L130 to a customer in Scotland, providing excellent tonnage with low fuel usage. We are seeing an increased demand for dual power options, which is driven by the fact that many tenders for our customer base are beginning to make sustainability a prerequisite. This requirement will ultimately drive change within the industry. However, we are not merely adapting to this trend; we already have tried, tested, and proven electrified equipment in the field, and we are ready to meet this demand,” he concludes.
With its superior service, diverse equipment portfolio, and dedication to sustainable innovation, AGGPRO stands out as an industry leader. ■
