Built on the principles of hard work, dedication, and quality, TudorMay is a leading provider of specialist subcontracting services across the construction sector. From facades and windows, structural framing and drylining to screeding, fireproofing, and painting and decorating, the company proudly delivers tailored solutions that meet the unique demands of every project and address the challenges of today’ s built environment.
When Construction & Civil Engineering last sat down with Sam Faux, Group Managing Director of TudorMay, in 2025, we took a deep dive into the company’ s growth and evolution, including its expansion and diversification strategy and future vision. Now, one year later, we rejoin Sam to discuss TudorMay’ s progression over the last 12 months and learn more about its recent projects and developments.
“ We’ ve maintained our turnover with a small growth margin,” Sam reveals.“ A lot of our work is in the residential market, particularly in the Southeast, which has shrunk by approximately 24 per cent in the last year, so we’ re proud to have realised our current position. The market conditions have been challenging, but we’ ve spent a lot of time fine-tuning our processes to get the right foundations in place for some more aggressive growth in 2027 onwards.”
Solutions-focused strategy
While market conditions have undoubtedly created challenges, TudorMay’ s resilience has been underpinned by a clear and disciplined growth strategy. Rather than reacting to short-term fluctuations, the company has remained focused on strengthening key areas of its offering, such as its facades and remediation business, ensuring it is well-positioned to capitalise on future opportunities and build sustainable, long-term growth.
... our focus at TudorMay is doing the right things properly and consistently. As we grow, we’ ll continue to manage our own KPIs internally, hold ourselves accountable, and deal with problems head-on
