The scale of Bespoke Construction’ s recent portfolio reflects both its continued growth and its ability to successfully deliver
increasingly complex developments. One of its most significant projects to date is Boulevard, Bristol Street, in Birmingham, completed in January 2026. The £ 49 million flagship residential development represents a major addition to the city’ s evolving skyline and showcases the breadth of Bespoke Construction’ s capabilities. Spanning 112 weeks, the development comprises 278 oneand two-bedroom apartments alongside extensive resident amenities including podium gardens, parking facilities, a fully equipped gymnasium, co-working spaces, and resident lounges designed to create a vibrant city-centre community. The package included the delivery of a 15-storey reinforced concrete frame tower, a five-storey steel frame structure, external façade works, mechanical and electrical installations, complete interior fit out, and external landscaping.
