Now, more than 120 apartments have been snagged by the client, reflecting the pace at which the project is advancing towards completion. The successful energisation of the site’ s new substation has enabled power to be connected across all buildings, while furniture installation has now been completed within four of the five blocks, transforming completed accommodation into ready-to-occupy living spaces.
Attention has now turned to Block E, the site’ s historic listed building, where plastering and mist coating have been completed. The remaining apartments are progressing through their final kitchen and furniture installations as the project enters its closing
stages. Externally, hard landscaping works are now underway, marking another significant step towards practical completion and final handover.
