“ We are proud to be actively involved in significant local projects within our region , notably Teesworks , part of the UK ’ s largest freeport . This is a collective group effort , with MGL Demolition and MGL Earthworks playing essential roles in ground remediation and site clearance , while Rainton Construction is currently leading the delivery of the mile-long South Bank Link Road , a crucial access route unlocking the vast 4500-acre site .

“ On another area of the site , we are also part of the project team for the £ 450 million SeAH Wind monopile facility , led by K2 Construction Management . It ’ s one of the largest civil engineering schemes we ' ve taken on to date , with approximately 200 site personnel including our supply chain actively engaged on-site .”
