Situated on Ansty Park near Coventry, this considerable project involved the full internal fit-out of warehouse and office accommodation within a £ 250 million state-of-the-art factory.
Completed for the makers of London’ s iconic black cab, this plant has the capacity to produce up to 36,000 vehicles a year. The monster hub also holds a research and development centre, as well as an assembly point where a new breed of electric, low-emission taxis will be
born. Bespoke’ s broad works package included partitions, drylining, screeding, bespoke joinery and external decking, as well as the installation of both SAS and Armstrong ceiling systems.
Benchmark for excellence
A standout example of residential conversion can be seen in the Langley Road, Surbiton project. Works at this exclusive Surrey development saw the former Police Federation beautifully restored to a unique collection of one- and two-bedroom apartments, consisting of 22 luxurious private dwellings and a further eight properties purposefully built for a local affordable home ownership scheme.
