Construction Services completed the handover of four brand new prestigious mews houses, located to the rear of the existing main building.
Demonstrating its agility and capabilities, over a five-week period, Bespoke converted a previously unoccupied unit into a totally unique fitness studio for progressive spin, gym & HIIT company, Digme Fitness, in Oxford. The scope of works included the strip out of the previous unit and the installation of internal doors and windows, as well as wall and floor finishes. Works to the main studio involved the creation of a three-tier spin studio, as well as neighbouring HIIT studio. Bespoke also completed works to a new shower and toilet block.
Heralded as a flagship project, the stunning residential project at Broadoaks in Solihull involved the transformation of previously unoccupied office accommodation into 190 stunning one- and two-bed apartments.
Detailed works to both the interior and exterior of the building has given it a new lease of life. Bespoke’ s comprehensive package of works included the creation of an additional extension to the second floor, screeding, render, partitions, and external landscaping. All apartments were fitted with high specification finishes throughout.
